Jumbo 65th Birthday Card and Gift Card Holder

hey YouTube it's Audrey long time no

hear from me but I'm back um I had an

issue with my hip and was in quite a bit

bit of pain for about three weeks and I

wasn't able to get down to my crack room

easily so I did no crafting I am feeling

better and this week I have been out of

town for work so it's been almost a

month since I've been in the craft room

and have been able to get any crafting

done so I'm back with a design team

project for the Kevin cafe and for this

week we can use any files that we wanted

to in our chillz to use - on your right

you see the birthday gift card holder

and then on the left I made a card using

the birthday candle number file and I'll

have the links to both below make sure

that you stop by the cutting café's blog

on the 7th and the 21st of every month

that's when we post our design team

projects and when you do mention you

leave a comment because we do love to

read your comments first of all and then

second of all on the next posting Regina

pulls a random name from all the people

who left comments on the last post and

that person wins three files of their

choice so I use two files this time this

one is made from the birthday card gift

card holder or the birthday gift card

holder and again I'll have the links

below and I chose to keep it

and use a gold shimmer paper it's white

paper with a gold shimmer wash and then

I cut out the word birthday the overlay

in that same paper to keep it tone on

tone but you can easily cut it out in

one other color or just cut each letter

cut it out multiple times to get

different colors then I used a happy

dazzle sticker there across the top and

gold and then also a dazzle border

sticker across the top and down the I

for just a little entrance in interest

once you open it up I have cut out a

smaller 65 with the birthday candle

numbers and then just added another

border here with the dazzle stickers and

the gift card just goes in there so

that's my first thing I have a staff

person who is turning 65 next week and I

needed a card that's large enough for

everybody in the department to sign a

note in this card is like 9 by 8 I

believe or something close to that so

it's quite a large target and then a

gift card holder is for the gift that I

will be giving her so with this one I

made my own card base using Spellbinders

grand that stabilities dies I used the

scalloped rectangle and then the regular

rectangle and I added dazzle stickers in

each of the scalloped pieces circles

I used a embossing folder to emboss the

rectangle here then I cut out the file

using the 6 and the 5 and then I use the

overlay which you can cut out for the

flame to make it just the solid glitter

to give it a little bit more contrast

from the pattern glitter that I use for

the numbers inside I kept really simple

I cut out the rectangles and embossed

the edges and then

on the inside I just use a happy

birthday dazzle stickers I use 110 pound

paper here on the inside to give the

tired a little bit more stability and

then as I said I'm allowing room for

people to write messages so I didn't

want to use a larger sentiment so those

are my projects I like the way they

turned out I again I'm glad to be back

missed you guys and hopefully you will

be seeing many more videos from me

coming up because I will be doing my

first craft fair so I have a lot of

things to get done in a short amount of

time but thank you so much for watching

and you guys have a great and very

blessed day bye bye
